That portion of Homedale Rd fronting the proposed property intended for annexation under ANN-17-01 at
4402 E. Homedale Rd is maintained by the City under the Exchange Maintenance Agreement currently in
effect between CHD4 and the City.
CHD4 has no comment on the proposed annexation.
