LETTER OF INTENT
The City of Caldwell and the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency are requesting to annex two parcels
totaling 19.29 acres into the City of Caldwell. The properties are currently in agricultural production.
The 3.5 acre parcel is being requested to be zoned M-1 (Light Industrial). There are plans to construct a
manufacturing facility on the site. The other parcel, approximately 15 acres, is being requested to be
zoned A-D (Airport District) as it is planned for possible future airport use.
