the Caldwell Hearing Examiner will
conduct a public hearing on Tues-
day, July 24, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in
the Community Room of the Cald-
well Police Department, 110 S. 5th
Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho in order to
hear the following:
Case Number ANN-154-07, SUB-
174P-07, SUP-290-07- is a request
made by Clyde Beoughler, HD8 LLC
and Manhard Consuhing LTD for
annexation of 7.805 acres into the
City of Caldwell with an R-2 Com-
bined Medium Density Residential
zone, a development agreement, a
special use permit for four-plex
dwellings, preliminary plat approval
of Concord Meadows for 13 residen-
tial lots and 6 common lots, and a
variance from the required 56-toot
wide right-of-way to a 48-foot wide
