The Engineering Department does not appose a request by Vern & Judy Subia for variance relief
on the 60' minimum lot frontage requirement stated in section 10-02-03 of the City's Zoning
Ordinance (Height, Lot Line Setback and Lot Dimension Schedule). The Engineering Department
will provide further comments concerning future development of this site upon receipt of
applicable Land Use applications.
