The easement consists of the northerly 5-ft. of Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 1 and the southerly 5-ft. of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block I of the Happy Day Business Center Subdivision (as shown on attached exhibits). The site is located in a portion of Section I and 6, Township 3 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho. We are in the process of obtaining relinquishments from all of the affected agencies. The agency releases will be forwarded to our office as we receive them. The easement vacation is necessary for the construction of the new Canyon County License and Registration Building on the site (see attached exhibit). Existing easements in the surrounding area provide adequate corridors for utilities and drainage. The vacation application, legal description, and other supporting materials are attached.
