We originally filed the 7460-1 form with the FAA for a 199' structure (the maximum allowed by Zoning Ordinance) at this location and received a notification of presumed hazard for that height (see attached). High (60): Paas Medium (75): Pass Low (90): N,;s This letter, while it does not give ultimate FAA approval, sets the height maximum at 178' in which the structure could receive a favorable determination for any height below. L We re -submitted our FAA 7640-1 for the 177' proposed structure and should get that determination back in mid-april. Since March 30th hearing is before we would receive the FAA determination, we would be happy to include that FAA determination of no hazard as a condition for ultimate approval. In the meantime I hope that the above letter will suffice until we have the new FAA determination. Let me know if you have any questions! BUT, before offering unconditional approval from my desk, the applicant must provide project information to the FAA for FAA review of any impacts to the airspace utilization around our airport. FAA Form 7460-1 must be completed by the applicant since the project is within 10,000 feet (horizontally) of our runway. This will not be surprising to a "tower -building company". The FAA offers an online portal to conveniently submit this information: https://oeaaa.faa.gov/ The documentation states that FAA needs up to 45 days to process the form. Results can return in less time. This project DOES NOT have Caldwell Airport approval unless there is an FAA finding of "No Impact to existing Caldwell Airport approach or departure procedures" based on their 7460-1 analysis result.
