The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Elva and lames
Gannon for a special -use permit to construct a secondary dwelling unit within the C-C (City Center)
zoning district. The subject property is located at 422 Dearborn Street (Parcel R0653300000) in
Caldwell, Idaho.
Street
Applicant shall remove and replace any dilapidated, broken, failing and non -compliant curb,
gutter or sidewalk along the Dearborn Street and 5' Avenue frontages. All work shall be
completed by an appropriately licensed contractor with a valid Public Works License issued
through the State of Idaho. Sidewalk being removed and replaced shall be in compliance with
all Federal, State and Local laws, requirements and guidelines, ISPWC 2015 and the Americans
with Disabilities Act guidelines.
