Now that the design process has moved forward through the Design Development Phase, I would like to update some of the information presented in the initial Land Use Development Report. Please see the following revised project narrative information: SUPPLEMENTAL PROJECT NARRATIVE The property fronts on the future Dry Lane Road for a distance of 1327.88'. he project will be phased with the initial construction consisting of an termediate school. Future phases are based on Vallivue School District needs and school bond elections, however planned phases include enlarging the intermediate school into a middle school and constructing an elementary school. The maximum b ildmg height shall be 40 and the maximum number of stories shall be 2 f�the proposed development. No turnarounds or traffic circles will be constructed for public roadways. The number of daily transportation trips has been identified in the traffic study previously presented to the City. The development's required fire flow is approximately 1,500 gpm at 20 psi. The applicant -has not yet sought relief or exception from any City ordinance or resolution. The lint.de aea f ure s ou �t be an item that is in est merest of the Vallivue School District and can be reasonably accommodated by the City of Caldwell.
