A waterline is currently being constructed in the Southgate Subdivision. Once completed, all residences will be required to connect to City Water. Standard connection fees will be accessed. 2. Southgate Subdivision is not currently connected to the sewer system. The closest sewer line is approximately 1130 feet to the north of Easy Street along the continuation Airport Avenue. 3. Airport Avenue is desigrrated as a major collector requiring sixty feet of right-of+vay. Currently Airport Avenue is platted with fifty feet of right-of-way. 4. The remaining streets, of the subdivision, are platted at fifty-six feet of right-of-way as required by the City for residential streets. Easy Street and Airport Avenue It appears that the intent of this annexation is primarily for the purpose of connecting to city water to replace their troubled community waier systan and wells. The CFD supports this annexation with the condition that, as city water is brought into their subdivision, that the CFD will require the installation of fire hydrants per UFC standards. It should also be noted that on the submitted plat map for Southgate Subdivision No' Two there is a roadway shown as West Bo.f Lane.
