ANN-65-02
Southgate Subdivision No. One and Two
(Arurexation of older subdivision)
Vicinity of W. Easy Street and Airport Avenue
It appears that the intent of this annexation is primarily for the purpose of connecting to city
water to replace their troubled community waier systan and wells. The CFD supports this
annexation with the condition that, as city water is brought into their subdivision, that the CFD
will require the installation of fire hydrants per UFC standards.
It should also be noted that on the submitted plat map for Southgate Subdivision No' Two there
is a roadway shown as West Bo.f Lane. Thai street name should be West Ross Lane'
