GENERAL FACTS

REPRESENTATIVE: Kent Brown, 3161 E. Springwood Drive, Meridian, ldaho, 83642.
LOCATION: Homedale Road and Lake Avenue.
REQUEST: The applicant is requesting final subdivision plat approval for Windsor Creek East #1
consisting of 23 residential lots and 5 common lots. The subdivision is located in an R-1 (Low Density
Residential) zone.

IV CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
4.L Applicant shall meet the platting requirements as set forth by City Code and in the preliminary plat
approval for this final plat, and for any letters of credit required.
4.2 Recorded mylars of the final plat shall be submitted to the Caldwell Engineering Department.

4.3 One paper copy of the recorded mylar shall be submitted to the Caldwell Planning and Zoning
Department.

on the date noted below.
