Request for Extension of Preliminary Plat
Case # SUB/PUD-I14P-04
Dear Mayor Nancolas and Council Members:
On behalf of our client, Windsor Creek Development,LLc, we are hereby requesting an extension
of the preliminary plat for Windsor Creek Subdivision.
The Development Agreement for the above referenced project was signed March 21, 2005. The
following final plats have been recorded:

o Phase 2:
April 7,2006
November,2006
REASON FOR REQUEST:
Due to current housing economic conditions, we are requesting an extension of the preliminary
plat.
It is anticipated that the development will be constructed during the coming construction season.
