The Engineering Department does not oppose a request by H&C Development LLC and
Toothman-Orton Engineering for a one year time extension for Whitney Springs Subdivision
although the following comment shall apply.
Approved construction drawings shall be resubmitted to the City for review and approval and
shallcomply with any subsequent City Codes, Policies and/or Ordinances.
