Skinner Cc: Chelle Sperry Subject: Ref Whitney Springs Subdivision I received the memo you sent over this morning in reference to Whitney Springs. ! have noticed that they have started more building out there and have been maintaining the empty !ots. There was an issue with the parcels along the canal and I did send out notices. lt wasn't taken care of so we had the contractor clean 1 of the parcels (R30879112). Unfortunately I misread the owner info on one of the parcels and we couldn't clean it up (R30879164), so maybe one of the stipulations to extending the permit would be that they have to clean up that parcel. The bill has been sent out and lien is on the first property. On another note, I received a complaintfrom Aileen from DEQ ref 3101 Turning Leaf. Complaint is that they are running a carpet cleaning business and are storing cleaning chemicals. There is also a question of how they are getting rid of the chemicals. There is possibly a neighborhood dispute going on because I towed a vehicle from in front of that residence last week and Sylvia had to hear about it from one of the participants while I was on vacation. So if anyone goes out there let me know if you want me to tag along.
