Dear Anne-Marie:
Regarding the above-referenced case, please accept this letter to request a one-year extension on
the preliminary plat approval that took place November 14, 2004.
Due to the slowdown in the real estate market and the inability to sell residential lots in Phase [I
of Whitney Springs Subdivision, we ask for an extension of phase III of the subdivision.
Furthermore, we ask for approval to split Phase III of the Subdivision into 3 phases as illustrated
on the attached drawing.
The final plat for Phase II has been submitted for approval and should be scheduled for the City
Council to sign at their next regularly scheduled meeting. In addition, if approval is acquired
from the city to split Phase III into 3 phases, construction drawings for Phase III out of V will be
submitted to the Engineering Department for approval based on the new phasing limits.
