Utility, drainage and irrigation easement.
Unless otherwise noted widths shall be:
10 feet along street frontage
10 feet on each side of bock lot lines
5 feet on each side of interior lot lines
If a lot line is moved the easement(s) shall move
with the lot line, provided that utilities have not
been installed within the eosement(s).

I. Water for domestic Purposes shall be supplied by municipal
services.
2. Sewage disposal will be supplied by municipal services.
3. Post Development Storm Water runoff shall be contained on
site by means of swoles or retention ponding areas as shown.
4. All street corners and Cul-De-Sac intersections shall
have a 20ft. radii.
5. Irrigation shall be supplied by a pressure irrigation system.
6. Current zone classification is R-1 (single family residential).
7. Utility and irrigation easement along the subdivision boundary
are as noted. The street frontage of each lot shall have a
10ft. wide general utility easement.
9. Should lot lines be adjusted the existing easement shall move
with the adjusted lot line, provided that the utilities ore not
currently installed within the easements.
10. Proposed road will be public and will be dedicated to the City
of Caldwell.
11. All utilities such as telephone and power lines shall be
underground within the utility easement.
12. Contour interval is 2ft.
