CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS.  CA-23-01: a request by Robin King for Certificate of Appropriateness to enlarge his existing 342 square foot garage to 580 square feet. This subject property is located at 1901 Dearborn Street, Parcel # R0722500000. III. OLD BUSINESS ACTION ITEM:  2023 Commission Goals, CLG Grant, County Grant – update from workshop held February 28, 2023. IV. NEW BUSINESS DISCUSSION ITEM:  ACTION ITEM:  DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports.  V.
