Dear Mr. Billingsley:
Pursuant to the above referenced case number, we are opposed to the rezoning request, by Corey
Barton, Trilogy Development, and Scott Noriyuki, from the current R-1 Low Density Residential to R-2
Medium Density Residential. We highly value living in a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood. We are
deeply concerned that, should the request for rezoning be granted, the traffic volume in our
neighborhood could significantly increase and that our property value could significantly decrease.
