On behalf of Dyver Development, LLC, please accept this request for a one year time extension of
Weston Pointe Subdivision #5. The approval is to expire on September 16, 2007. Reason for
inability to meet the required timeline is the developer Dyver Development, LLC was unable to
complete construction in a timely manner.
