APPROVED, AUTIIORIZE THE MAYOR TO ADMINISTRATIVELY REVIEW
AND SIGN THE ORDER OF DECISION.
PUBLIC HEARING: A request by Dyver Development for final plat approval of
Weston Pointe #3 and if approved, authorize the Mayor to administratively review
and sign the Order of Decision.
SIGN-UP SHEETS FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS
No person shall be permitted to speak before the City Council at a Public Hearing until
recognized by the Mayor. All persons speaking shall speak before a microphone in such
a manner as will assure that the recorded testimony or remarks will be accurate and
trustworthy. At the commencement of the hearing, the Council shall establish a time
limit to be observed by all speakers. When the public Hearing is quasi-judicial in nature
or one after which the City Council is required by law to make findings of fact, each
speaker must swear or affirm that his testimony will be true and correct. Any person
refusing to comply with the rules will be prohibited from speaking during the hearing.

on Tuesday, September 6, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the community room of the Caldwell
Police Department, 1 1O S. 5s Avenue, Caldwell, ldaho in order to hear the following:
Case No. SUB-46(3)F-00 (Weston Pointe #3), a request by Dyver Development for final
plat approval to develop 43 residential lots and 1 common lot on approximately 10.87
acres in an R-1 (Single-Family Residential) zone. The site is located south of Laster
Lane and abuts Weston Pointe #2 or known as SW % of Section 1, T3N, R3W.
You are being notified because ldaho Code, 67-6509, Local Planning Act 67-6509,
requires notice of this public hearing to be provided to all political subdivisions providing
services to the site and to all property owners or purchasers of record who own property
within 300 feet of the subject area. Correspondence regarding the proposa! is to be
submitted to the Community Development Department no later than five (5)
working days prior to the public hearing and will be made a part of the public
record during the public hearing. Any written testimony received beyond that
date must be brief in order to be read or acted upon. Public testimony will be taken
at the hearing and made a part of the record.
Case files and exhibits relative to this request are on file at the Caldwell Community
Development Department and are available for review during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p,m. Monday through Friday. Further information can be obtained by calling 455-
3021. A person who is visually and/or hearing impaired, or needs an interpreter should
contact City Hall if they have any special needs.
