Dear Commissioners & City Council Members:
On behalf of Dyver Development, LLC, please accept this request for a one year time extension of
Virginia Park No. 6 thru 15. The approval for No. 6 is to expire on January 2,2007. The application
for final plat No. 6 was submitted July 27,2007 .
. Virginia Park No. 7 is to expire January 2,2009,we would like to request a one year extension
to expire January 2,2010.r No. 8 to expire January 2,2011
o No. 9 to expire January 2,2012.o No. l0 to expire January 2,2013o No. I I to expire January 2,2014
No. 12 to expire January 2,2015
No. l3 to expire January 2,2016
No. l4 to expire January 2,2017 and
No. l5 to expire January 2,2018
Reason for inability to meet the required timeline is the developer Dyver Development, LLC has
suflered economic hardship due to the current market.
