The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for Virginia Park Subdivision No.
5 and piovides [he following comments regarding the project and the submitted final plat:
1. The water system is operational. The water system has been constructed, pressure tested and
clean water samples have been received.
2. All weather surfaces are in place. Compaction test results for the roadways have been
submitted to the City for review and approved.
3. Street signs have been installed.
4. Sewer system is operational. The line has been constructed, pressure tests have been
approved, and video has been received.
5. Construction security will have to be provided for those items not yet completed prior to signing
of the final plat. The city has not agreed on a bond amount for those improvements not yet
constructed.
6. The final plat drawing shall be corrected in accordance with the marked-up copy done
July 10, 2006 and mailed to W&H Pacific. on July 10, 2006.
7 . ln an effort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that an
electronic copy, in AutoCAD format, be returned with the revised copy of the final plat'

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please be advised that the 300 (Botton) Lateral has a 16 foot from top of bank prescriptive use
easement on both sides. said easement must be rccorded on the final plat.
There is to be no obstructions, fences, buildings, walk paths, etc. within the above referenced
easement.
