NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell City Council will conduct a pubtic hearingin City Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, on February 2,1gg8, at 7:30 p m;to hear the following:
To hear concurrently case Nos. ZoN-03-97, a recommendation by the caldwell planning
and Zoning Commission_to deny a request by Joe Stafford to rezone approximately a.55acres from City R-1 to City R-2, and ANN-06-97, a recommendation by the CalawelPlanning and Zoning Commission to approve a request by Joe Stafford to annexapproximately 33.83 aces currentty zoned County "A" into tne bity as an R-2 zone. Therecommendations are in conjunctiolwlth approval by the Catdweil planning and Zonin!Commission of Case No. SUP-26-97 (Timberland Eitatesl, a request by Jol Stafford tIdevelop a phased 227 lot mobile home park. The rezone site is located on the east sideof Lake Avenue and adjacent to the southern boundary of Hickman Subdivision, and theannexation acreage abuts the southern boundary of the rezone acreage.
You are receiving this notice because ldaho code, 67-6501, Local planning Act of 1975,requires notice of .this public hearing to be provided to political subdivisioni that provideservices to the City, and to property owners or purchasers of record whose property islocated within three hundred feet of the external boundaries of the subject site inOcontiguously owned land. Copies of any correspondence received from the general publicprior to the hearing will be submitted at the hearing and will be made a part of the publicrecord. Public testimony will also be taken at the hearing and made a part of the record.
Files and exhibits relative to this request are on file at City Hall in the CommunityDevelopment Department and are available for review during thehours of g:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Further information on thii request can be obtained bycalling 455-3021.
