Subject: Order of Decision — Case No. SUB-16F-07 (Voyage Crossing Subdivision No. 2)
The following land use action is the primary feature of this application:
In the matter of the request of the City of Cadwell for Final Plat approval of Voyage Crossing Subdivision No.
2; which consists of 25 residential lots and 4 common lots in an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) Zone.

1.1 On November 15, 2016, the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Department received the final plat
application for Case No. SUB-16F-07.
1.2 Files and exhibits relative to this application are available for review in the Planning and Zoning
Department, 621 Cleveland Blvd., as well as applicable public hearings.
II GENERAL FACTS
2.1 APPLICANT: Mike Gregory, Hayden Homes Idaho, LLC, 1406 N. Main Street, Suite 114, Meridian, Idaho,
83642.
2.2 ENGINEER: John Carpenter, T-O Engineers, Inc., 332 N. Broadmore Way, Nampa, Idaho, 83687.
2.3 LOCATION: Aviation Way and Muller Road.
2.4 RE VEST: The applicant is requesting final subdivision plat approval for Voyage Crossing Subdivision
No. 2 consisting of 25 residential lots and 4 common lots. The subdivision is located in an R-2 (Medium
Density Residential) zone.
2.5 BACKGROUND: The preliminary plat for Voyage Crossing Subdivision was approved by the Caldwell City
Council in 2015.

IV CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
4.1 Applicant shall meet the platting requirements as set forth by City Code and in the preliminary plat
approval for this final plat, and for any letters of credit required.
4.2 Recorded mylars of the final plat shall be submitted to the Caldwell Engineering Department,
4.3 One paper copy of the recorded mylar shall be submitted to the Caldwell Planning and Zoning
Department.
