Pursuant to Section 5-8-4, paragraph (c) 5 of the City Code
of Caldwell, Idaho I am transmitting to you a copy of the
preliminary plat of Skyline Estates No. 2 to the City of
Caldwell, Idaho. The Planning Commission and the City Coun-
cil have approved the preliminary plat.
If no written recommendation is received within ten (10) days
of the date of this letter, the preliminary plat will be con-
sidered as granted by your agency.

Dear Gary:
Tne Planning: Commission and the City Council have approved
the preliminary of the plat of Skyline Estates No. 2 subject
to the installation of curb and gutter and sidewalks on Ohio
Avenue, sidewalks adjacent to the platted properties of Cherry
Street and Poplar Street and a satisfactory statement from
Pioneer Irrigation District on their agreement to t-he method
You propose for irrigating the platted properties.
.r. Art Norland replied to my letter of transmittal of a copy
of the preliminary stating that your preliminary should include
ditches or pipelines to supply irrigation water to each of the
individual lots. A copy of Mr. Norland's letter is enclosed.
It appears you have agreed to meet all of the requirements with
the exception of the irrigation request. You will need to re-
solve this question before the final plat is submitted for
approval.

Pursuant to Section 5-8--4, paragraph (05 of the City Code
of Caldwell, Idaho, I am transmitting to you a copy of the
preliminary plat of Skyline Estates 14o. 2 to the City of Cald-
well, Idaho. The Planning Commission and the City Council
have approved the preliminary plat subject to Mr. Lasher's
submission of a statement to the City on how he will serve
the lots with irrigation water. I would enlist a statement
from the Irrigation District in addition to that required of
Mr. Lasher.
If no other written recommendation is received within ten
(10) days of the date of this letter, the preliminary plat
will be considered as granted by your agency.
