In our letter of July 26, 1972 giving approval of the Palrang Sub-
division, with a central water system, we neglected to mention the
sewage disposal. The proposal is approved with individual sub surface
sewage disposal systems.
Our apologies for this over sight and any inconveniences it may have
caused.

City Council for their approval. The action was as

That before more plats are accepted that the
person who is plattin7 the Prouerty show that
he is the record owner in accor{lance with

recorded deed or, if he is the contract

chaser, his signature must accompany thatef

before acceptance.
Since the above action preceeded the consideration of the final
plat of Palrang .Subdivision and the final na

certified copies of the deeds showinfr the owner of the property
described on each plat is submitted to riv office.
Would you please notify the owners of tte action of the Council
and ask them to submit the certified copies of the deeds as soon
as possible.
I will resubmit the plats to the Council at their next refl;zzlar
meeting, September 17, 1973, if the certified copies of the
deeds are received prior to that time.
