Further to our conversation today, Lot 1, One Linden Plaza, is considered a corner Iot and
therefore the interior side lot line could be either the southern line between Lot 1 and Lot 2,
or the western lot line between Lots 1 and 3. In this case, since the building is already
situated with a good setback from the western lot line it makes sense to regard that as the rear
lot line, which requires a 15' minimum setback, and the southern line as the interior lot line,
which requires 0' setback.

Dear Mr. Rice:
We have reviewed and approved the engineering plans for the
sanitary sewer lines which will serve One Linden Plaza Subdivision
in Caldwell.
Within thirty (30) days of the completion of this project as --built
plans or certification from the engineer that the project was
constructed in accordance with the approved plans must be submitted
to our department.
Of the three sets of plans submitted to our department, we are
returning two sets to you and retaining one set for our files.

October 18, 1979
Since a majority of the easements and all improvements have been
provided except sewer and remainder of the drain, the preliminary
and final plat is being presented concurrently.
Right-of-way Linden - South half is 25 feet plus 10-foot utility
easement.
Easements have been provided for utilities.
Acceptance of final plat is contingent upon:
1. Providing sewer to City standards to serve the lots
not now served.
2. Application of the water main extension policy.
3. Provision of a pedestrian walkway along the street
rights -of -way in connection with parking areas which
are to be delineated for this use.
4. Tiling of the remainder of the drain - irrigation line
along Linden Street.
