Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Section 5-8-4, paragraph (C) of the City
Code of Caldwell, Idaho.
I am transmitting, to you, a copy of the preliminary
of the North Hill subdivision Plat to the City of Caldwell,
Idaho. The preliminary has been approved by the Planning
Commission and the City Council.
If no written recommendation is received within ten
(10) days of the date of this letter, the preliminary plat
will be considered as granted by your agency.

Dear Mel:
I note that you have located the drainage easements in
the Subdivision. These appear to be satisfactory and I
assume that their widths are going to be ten feet on each
side of each lot l6ne involved.
Copies of the preliminary of the Plat of North Hill
DSubdivision have gone to the agencies required in the
Subdivision Ordinance. I have allowed ten days for the
agencies to report back to my office with any comments they
may have.

Dear Mel:
The Planning Commission and the Council have approved
the preliminary of North Hill Subdivision. The acceptance
was subject to the inclusion of a drainage easement across
Block 1 in the appropriate location. I was informed by
Mr. Logan Kerr that you were to supply me with a topography
which would determine the location. I notice that the Lot
lines are not continuous across the Block. Perhaps these
D will have to be shifted in order to make an easement
reasonable.
When this is worked out, I will need 12 copies to send
to the agencies required in the Subdivision Ordinance.
The Planning Commission and Council have also approved
Forrer Replat of a part of Tract P and of Tract W of Mountain
View Subdivision. will you also send me 12 copies of this
preliminary to send to the agencies.
