Home My WebLink AboutLegal NoticesNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CALDWELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland Boulevard, Caldwell, Idaho, on Thursday, November 16, 1995, at 7:15 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Caldwell Zoning Ordinance pertaining to farm animals and household animals within the incorporated limits of the City of Caldwell. Specifically to be considered are criteria addressing the number of farm animals and offspring per acre, the number of household animals, defining and classifying rabbits and potbellied pigs as household animals and defining related terms such as kennel, dairy, feed lot and others.
