The Planning and Zoning bommission, if they agree to annex, must estab- lish the recommendation for the zoning after a hearing and after the notification of all the property owners within 300 feet of the proposed zoning for annexation. The P & Z Commission would then have the hearing and make its recommendation to the City Council. The City Council would then set its hearing and notify everyone within 300 feet of the proposed annexed area. The Council would have its hearing, determine the zoning and annex by ordinance.
