CONSENT CALENDAR: 1) ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes – June 22, 2022 II. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS. 1) ACTION ITEM: Continued from March 23, 2022 Case Number CA-22-01 a request by Mike Kindall for a Certificate of Appropriates to construct a new single-family dwelling on a vacant lot, parcel # R0126000000. This site is located at 1609 Blaine Street. III. OLD BUSINESS. 1) ACTION ITEM:  Continued discussion: Set goals / 5 year plan 2) DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports.  Slide presentation on references to the Saratoga Hotel. Jerome Mapp  Issued C of A’s – staff level approvals.
