Re: Irrigation to Day Subdivision
Date: September 19, 1996
I reviewed with Mr. Tom Kiser the irrigation setup to supply Day Subdivision.
It appears that irrigation facilities are not on the property and that the proposed
development does not affect access of any lot to its normal irrigation supply.
The City is reviewing the irrigation system for this particular subdivision
because it does not lie within a legally constituted irrigation district but does
have irrigation rights.

CALDWELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Caldwell City Planning and Zoning
Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chambers, 621 Cleveland
Boulevard, Caldwell, Idaho, Thursday, August 22, 1996, at 7:15 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider:
A Preliminary & Final Plat for Day Subdivision in the 100 block of W. Holly Street
File # 96-06-SUB.
A Special Use Permit to allow the placement of a Single Family Dwelling in the M-1
Light Industrial zone in the 100 block of W. Holly Street File # 96-17 SUP
A departmentlagency meeting will be held on July 31, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. at Caldwell City
Hall Council meeting room.
Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and give testimony.
