Discription follows:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NE4 of SW)4 of NW"A) and all of Norrth
Half of Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Northwest
Quarter (NY2 of SLA of SW)4 of NW}4) of Section 23, Township
4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, containing
15 acres more of less;

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Feller:
This is to ifiform you the City Council discussed the annexation
of the 15 acres you requested in your letter of April 27, 1976
and will immediately start the annexation procedure.
The State Law requires that a recommendation be given to the
City Council from the Planning and Zoning Commission on the
zoning which the property will have when it is annexed. The
Planning and Zoning Commissions are now combined under an ordi-
nance passed at their last meeting and some time in May they
will have an organizational meeting which will establish the
new Planning and Zoning Commission organization. At that time
I will endeavor to get the request for zoning of your property
on the agenda. The Planning and Zoning Commission must have a
hearing, after which they will establish the zoning recommenda-
tion for the City Council.
The City Council will put the actual annexation on the agenda of
the next Council meeting following the receipt of this recommen-
dation.
