STATE OF IDAHO, AND DECLARING SAID LAUD, BY PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF, TO BE A PART OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CAE4YON COUNITY, IDA110: AND PROVIDING THAT SAID REAL PROPERTY SHALL BE INCLUDZ1; IN THE "CD" COM ERCIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAIO. � J BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Caldwell: Section 1. That renuest by the owner of the land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set forth in full, having heretofore been made to the Council, for the annexation of said land by the City of Caldwell, said land being: continuous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho, and the Council having consented thereto. Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell that the tract of land described in Exhibit "A" by proper legal description is hereby declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho. Section 3• That the full and comolete legal descrio- tion of the tract of land herein declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as hereinabove set forth is particularly set forth in Exhibit "A". Section 4. That the real property described in Exhibit "A" of this ordinance is hereby made a part of the "CD" Commercial Zone of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and included in the boundaries of said zone, and the City Cleric is hereby instructed to so designate the same on the official zoning map of the City of Caldwell, Idaho. ORDINANCE - 1 J Section 1). All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled. Section £. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according, the law. Section 7. All the lands described in said ordinance shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons within the corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, upon filin� of a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder and County Assessor of the County of Canyon, State of Idaho, and the State Tax wonmission, State of Idaho.
