3''AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO. ALL OF THAT
4 CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST OF
8 THE BOISE MERIDIAN, AS PLATTED AS HANSON SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, WHICH PLAT IS ON FILE AND OF
6 RECORD IN THE CANYON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.

9 Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
9, Caldwell, Idaho:
10I. Section 1. That there is annexed and included within the

boundaries and city limits of the City of Caldwell. Canyon County,
Idaho, all of that certain parcel of land situated in the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North,
Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, as platted as Hanson Subdivi-
sion to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho. of file and of .
record in the Canyon County Recorder's office. the boundaries of
said real property being as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 24'
30" East, along the North boundary of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 631.50
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
21 Thence continuing North 890 24' 30" East, along the
North boundary of said Northwest Quarter of the South-
22 east Quarter, a distance of 418.50 feet to the East
boundary of Iowa Avenue as indicated on the Plat of

Section 2. That the City limits as shown on the official
City map as provided for in Sectionl2-1-1 of the City Code be en-
larged to reflect the annexation and inclusion within the boundar-
ies and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,
the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
