This has been done and the Ordinance is ready for recording. ORDINANCE NO. BY COUNCILMAN AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN LAND IS CONTIGUOUS AND ADJACENT TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, AND DECLAR- ING SAID LAND, BY PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF, TO BE A PART OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO. CALDWELL: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Section 1. That request by the owner of the herein- after described land having heretofore been made to the Council in writing for the annexation of said land by the City of Cald- well, said land being contiguous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, and the Council having consented thereto. Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell that the tract of land herein described by proper legal description is hereby declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho. Section 3. That the full and complete legal descrip- tion of the tract of land herein declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as hereinabove set forth is particularly set forth as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian; thence North 89° 24' 30" East, 631.S0 feet; thence South 0° 15' 15" East, 658.95 feet; thence South 89° 2S' 30" West, 631.44 feet to the West line oftheSoutheast Quarter of said Section 34; thence North 0° 15' 30" West, along said West line 658.75 feet to the Point of Beginning. Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled. Section S. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law. Section 6. All of the lands described in said ordinance shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons within the corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, upon filing of a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho.
