Pasley Mayor of Caldwell City Hall 704 Blaine Street Caldwell, Idaho 83605 Dear Mayor Pasley: Your response to the Census Bureau's 1974 Boundary and Annexation Survey reported boundary change actions by Caldwell city which became effective during calendar year 1973. As you know, Office of Revenue Sharing regulations provide that no boundary change action which is otherwise qualifying may be considered for Federal Revenue Sharing purposes unless said annexation has been certified by the State Certifying Official as having been accomplished in accordance with State law. Mr. L. I. Passmore, who is the Commissioner, yid Valorem Division, Idaho State Tax Commission, is the Certifying, Official for the State k of Idaho. He has informed us that the State is unable to certify the following boundary change actions inasmuch as they have not been properly reported to his office: AUTHORIZATION r; ACTION 'TYPE NUMBER EFFECTIVE DATE # Annexation Ordinance 1307 9--17-73 if you have not yet been requested by t-sr. Passmore to file the appropriate documentation with the State, we urge you to do so at your earliest convenience to make certain that the boundary change actions listed above can receive proper consideration.
