CALDWELL: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Section 1. That request by the owner of the herein- after described land having heretofore been made to the Council in writing for the annexation of said land by the City -of Cald- well, said land being contiguous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, and the Council having consented thereto. Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell that the tract of land herein described by proper legal description is hereby declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell,.Canyon County, State of Idaho. Section 3. That the full and complete legal descrip- tion of the tract of land herein declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as herhinabove set forth is particu- larly set forth as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 4 North. Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho, running thence North 80 feet TO THE REAL POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence running East a distance of 660 feet; thence North 396 feet; thence West 660 feet; thence South 396 feet to the real point of beginning. Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or part thereof in conflict herewith are hereby ropealid, rescinded and annulled. Section S. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law. Section 6. All of the lands described in said ordinance shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons within the corporate limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, upon filing of a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho.
