Mayor City of Caldwell and The City Council City of Caldwell Gentlemen: At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of The Pioneer Irrigation District on October 7&b, 1971, the Board voted to request the City of Caldwell to extend their boundaries to include the location of our office and shop. The following is the legal description of that location : Commencing at a point on the East line of Section 35, Twp, 4 No., Range 3 W.B.M. 828.341 North of the South East corner; Th West at right angles to the intersection of the West line of the Right of Way of the Wilson Slough Drain; Th Korth westerly along said Drain R of W to the intersection of the North line of the Right of Way of the Elijah Drain; Th Easterly along the North Elijah Drain R of W to the intersection of the East line of said Section 35; Th South along said section line to the point og beginning. This property is adjacent to the present boundary line of the Caldwell City limit along Elijah Drain. They would also like to request to be connected into the Caldwell City Water system.
