ORDINANCE NO. 1209
BY COUNCILMAN KEYS
AN ORDINANCE DBTZRMIMO THAT CERTAIN LAND IS CCIMQUOUS TO
THE CITY OF CALMMLL STATE OF IDAHO, AND =WLARING SAID LARD,
BY PROPER LEGAL DOIPPION TWWOF, TO BE A PART OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL, CAW(W COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CALWELL:
Section 1. That request by the owners of the heroin -
after described lmW having heretofore been made to the Council
in writing for the anamwtion of said land by the City of Cald-
well, said land being contiguous to the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, State of Idaho, and the Council having consented
thereto;
Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and
Council of the City of Caldwell that the tract of land herein
described by proper legal description is hereby declared to be
a part of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho;
Section 3. That the full and complete legal descrip-
tion of the tract of land herein declared to be a part of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, as hereinabove set forth is particu-
larly set forth as follows:
Green Aaron Addition No. 2 to Caldwell, Idaho, as
shown by the Official Plat on file and of record
in Book 90 Asge 21, of Plats, is the office of the
County Recorder, Canyon County, Idaho.
Section 4. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or
parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, roscind-
ad and annulled.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
Section b. All of the lands described in said ordi-
nance shall be subject to taxation as other property and persons
within the corporate limits of the City of al6tall, Canyon
County, Idaho, upon filing of a certified copy of this ordinance
with the County Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho.

Gentlemen:
Ike, the undersigned, being the owners of all the property
within the boundaries of Green Acres Addition No. 1 to
Canyon County, Idaho, hereby respectfully request that
Green Acres Addition No. 1 be annexed to and become a part
of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho.
The plat of Green Acres Addition No. 1 WU filed for record
on December 1, 19679 as instrument Number 602641 and is re-
corded in Hook 8 of Plata at Page 22 in the records of Canyon
County, Idaho.
This plat has previously been approved by the Planning
Comission by the City of Caldwell.
