OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN,
PROVIDING THAT SAID REAL
PROPERTY SRALL BE IN-
CLUDED IN THE "E" INDUS-
TRIAL ZONE OF THE CITY
OF CALDWELL. IDAHO. AND
PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDIN-
ANCE TO BE IN FORCE AF-

Section 1. That there Is an-
nexed and included within the
boundaries and city limits of
the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho, all of that cer-
tain parcel of real property
situated In the southwest Quar-
ter of the Northwest Quarter
of section 21, Township 4 North,
Rana 3 West of the Boise
Meridian, as platted as more
particularly described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING at the SE cor-

Thence S 89 degrees-30' W.
along the South boundary of
said SW1/4NW1/4, a dis-
tance of 435.6 feet;

be enlarged to reflect the an-
nexation and inclusion within
the Ioundaries and city limits
of the City of Exidwel, Can-
.yon County, Idaho, the real pro-
pexty[described in section I of
'this otdinance.
Section 3. That the real pro-
perty describW in section 1 of
this ordinance Is hereby made
a part of the "E+! Industrial
Zone' of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, and Included is the
boundaries of said zone, and
the dity clerk is hereby in-
structed to so designate the
same on the official zoning map
of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
Section 4. This ordlnanceshatl
take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval
and publicatiop.

AN ORDINANCE ANNEICING AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND
CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, A THREE
ACRE PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 3 WEST
OF THE BOISE MERIDIANI PROVIDING THAT SAID REAL PROPERTY SHALL
BE INCLUDED IN THE "E' INDUSTRIAL ZONE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO; AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE IN FORCE AFTER ITS
PASSAGE, APPROVAL, AND PUBLICATION:
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Caldwell, Idaho:
Section 1. That there is annexed and ftcluded within
the boundaries and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon
County, Idaho, all of that certain parcel of real property situated
In the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21,
Township 4 North, Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian, as platted
as more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SE corner of said WNW41
Thence S 890-30' W, along the South boundary of said
SWJNWJ, a distance of 435.6 feet;
Thence N 0'-201-40" W, parallel with the East boundary
of said SW}NW}, a distance of 300.0 feet;
Thence N 890-30' E, parallel with the South boundary of
said SWJNW , a distance of 435.6 feet to a point on the
East boundary of said SWJNWJ;
Thence S 0'-20' 40" E, along the East boundary of said
SWJNWk, a distance of 300.0 feet to the point of
BEGINNING.
Section 2. That the City limits as shown on the official
City map as provided for in Section 1-1-1 of the City Code be en-
larged to reflect the annexation and inclusion within the bounder
lea and city limits of the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho,
the real property described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. That the real property described in Section
1 of this ordinance is hereby made a part of the "E" Industrial
Zone of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and included in the boundaries
of said zone, and the city clerk is hereby instructed to so desig
nate'the same on the official zoning map of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho.
Section 14. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.

Gentlemen:
We request annexation into the City of Caldwell of -.he below
described property owned by the Homedale Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc.
of Homedale, Idaho.
This parcel is situation in the SW4iW4 of Section 21; Township
4 North; Range 3 West of the Boise Meridian and is more parti-
cularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SE corner of said SWgNW4;
Thence S 89"-301 W, along the Soutt; boundary of said SW4NW4,
a distance of 435.6 feet;
Thence N 0"-201-40" W, parallel with the East boundary of said
SW4NW4, a distance of 30C). � feet;
Thence N 89°-30" E, parallel with the South boundary of said
SWJNW4, a distance of 435.6 feet to a point on the East bound-
ary of said SW4NW4;
Thence S 00201-110" E, along the East boundary of said SW4NWh,
a distance of 300.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
This parcel is subject to a right of way for a drain ditch and
for State Highway 19 along the South boundary. This parcel
contains 3.0 acres.
Our company plans to construct a new building on this property
from which we will operate a John Deere farm machinery dealership offering
sales, parts and service of John Deere equipment. We request that this
property be zoned properly for our business.
We further request that city water be furnished to our property,
along with a fire hydrant.
In accordance with a letter to us on 1116168 from Mr. Melvin
Lewis, we agree to pay the city 050..00 for the water line extertion,
$75.00 for the carrier pipe under the railroad, and $7r.rk: for the city
water meter.
