A copy of a preliminary plat is being forwarded to your department for your review,
comfirentsn and/or recommendations.
The plat is entitled Canyon Cove Subdivision and is located at the southwest corner of
Lincoln Street and Georgia Avenue in Caldwell. The plat consists of four Blocks totalling 37
residential lots and is tentatively scheduled for the consideration of the Plaruring and Zrrn:rirg
Commission at their meeting of August lL, 1994.
