In view of heavy meeting agendas, the Planning and Zoning Commission has indicated that
it cannot accommodate any special presentations durings its regular meetings.
For this reason, please disregard the previous letter dated February 17, 1993 which
requested your Department's presentation concerning traffic on the Cleveland-Blaine
corridor.

opporrunity arises for such a presentation.

Dear Mr. Meyer:
The Ciry of Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission has initiated a Land Use Study for
the Cleveland-Blaine corridor between 10th Avenue and tndiana Avenue in Caldwell.
The Commission will be examining uafEc data and characteristics and would like to invite
a representative of your agency to provide a brief presentation (15 to 20 minutes) to t}Ie
Planning and Zoning Commission at one of their regular meetings on either April 15, 1993
or May 20,7993 at 7:15 p.m.
Hopefully, the presentation would address trafEc counts, traffic projections, level of service
at major intersections, anticipated intersection controls such as street lights, stop signs etc.
that the City may anticipate for the future. Also, any other information your agency
considers pertinent and which may impact land use decisions by the planning and Zoning
Commission in the future would be helpful.
I look forward to hearing from you at your convenience. If these suggested dates don't
work, others can be considered.
