A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A CHANGE IN THE CITYLIMIT BOUNDARIES AS SHOWN ON THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITYoF CALD9|ELL, CANyON COUNTY, IDAHO.
$IHEREAS, the property owner of the parcel of land described
in Exhibit A attached and located on Cleve1and Boulevard in Catd-
well, Idaho, has requested annexation of said parceli and,
WHEREAS, the property lies within the FRAME AND SERVICE
COMMERCIAL land use area designated on the Comprehensive PIan
for the City Impact Area; dnd,
WHEREAS, the intended and existing use of the land is com-
patible with surrounding frame and service commercialland usesi
and,
V{HEREAS, the appropriate public hearings have been held by
the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission and the Caldwell City
Council as set forth in 6-L-7, Ca1dwell Code, and 67-6509, Idaho
Code:
NOhl, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Caldwel1, Idaho, be authorized to approve a change in
the city limit boundaries to include the property described in
Exhibit A attached as a part of the FRAME AND SERVICE COMMERCIAL
Iand use area as shown on the Comprehensive PIan for the City of
Caldwell, Idaho

cess establlshed 1n the law for hearlngs by both the Plannlng and
