Dear ivlr, Mayor:
As per your instructions, I am writing'this letter to
request your consideration and approvul of rezoning what we
term as the Maness property from Resldential to Commercial.
This is the ?i acres that lies on the S.W. corner of the
IOth Street Exchange at 10th and Highway B0 in Caldwell.
A11 reasons for the request have been outllned to you
bbfore, and e remlnder is that aII of the property adjacent
to this corner and the highway is already commercial.
It should stand on its own morits as to feasability of
being commercial or not, and not on tho possibility of future
growth of the Highway and State Highway needs.
