At the last regular meeting of the Boand of Adjustment
May 2L,1968 the members considened a nequest of Miss Banbra
White reslding at 1601 N. fndiana Avenue, Ca1dwo11, to locate
a l1t fence approx imately 6t ou tside of h.er pnopenty line on
th.e Surmrit Stree t side of her propenty to protect her 1awn.
Th.is corner being a bus stop, the ch.ildren tend to cut across
and are destructive to the lawn and trees. Miss White feels
that a fence back on her pnoperty l.ine would not adeqluatelyproteet th.e tenracing along this side as the lawn is about two
feet higher than the curb. Th.e members of this Board recolmends
that the Counc i1 grant her permi ssion to do this provided she
use a chain link fence and the Chief of Police finds that itwill not create a visibility problem for traffic.
