NOTES
1. There is a 10' permanent utility, irrigation, and drainage easement adjacent to the
public streets. This easement shall not preclude the construction of hard -surfaced
driveways and sidewalks to each lot.
2. Lots 1, 12 and 23, Block 1 ore common lots for the purpose of recreational facilities
and are covered by a blanket easement for the purposes of storm drainage irrigation
and public utilities. Responsibilities and costs of maintenance of these lots shall be
shared equally by the Augustino Homeowner's Association, or its assigns.
