the Clty of Caldwe11, Idaho, oh October 16, 1980, notlce 1s here.by
given that Glenn O. Schmldt, 2116 Colorado Avenue, (North half of
Lots 10-]2, Block tl5, tvlountaln Vlew Addltlon) has applled for a
varlance to construct a garage 20 feet by 36 feet (720 square feet)
1n the rear setback area whlch w111 extend one foot lnto the slde
setback area of ll feet on the west slde of the property. The zonlng
code pernits a 600 square foot structure (outbu11dlng, garage, etc.)
to be constr ucted 1n the rear setback.
Thls appllcation w1}l be consldered by the Plannlng and Zonlng
Commlsslon at a publlc hearlnfi 1n t]re Clby IIaII Councll Chambers at
7 : 30 p. m. M. S . T. , on t,he 20th day of November, 1980 , at whleh tlme
any person may appear and offer testimony regardlng the grantlng
of sald varlance.
