It 1s the lntentlon of Dorsey Constructlon through Tom Hagperty to apply forthe two duplex bulldlng permlts on the propertv north of l,r. Oak and between
K1mba11 and Parker. The owners - Haggertv and Carpenter - have executedthe sewer easement.
We should lnvestlgate the sewer extenslon as we dlscussed to the 51ots1n thls area and should schedule thelr constructlon.
Haggerty lnforms me that they do not lntend to start the
almost 120 day explratlon 11m1t of the bul1d1nq permits.
will get the bu11d1ng permits by Aprl1 15.
