RE: Variance Application
Dear Commissioners,
Green Star Foods a Franchisee of Carl Karcher Enterprises would at this time
like to request from the Planning and Zoning Commission a sign variance of
up to 120 feet. This request is a necessary part ofthe project and is needed
on order to give us the same type of visibility from the highway as my
competitors enjoy. We plan to locate the srgn on the sourth side of the
property creating as much ofa buffer to our neighbors as possible.
