Farms for preliminary plat approval to develop 64 residential lots on approximately 13.84 acres located in the R-1 zone. The site is located on the east side of South 10th Avenue and south of Ustick Road, and is described as a parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 3 North, Range 3 W.B.M. Case No. SUB-O6P-97 (West Valley Estates Subdivision No. 3), a request by J.B. Farms for preliminary plat approval to develop 52 residential lots on approximately 10.57 acres located in the R-1 zone.
